    Economics looks into the ways in which individuals, organizations and governments make choices regarding the allocation of limited resources to unlimited wants and needs. It helps understand past history, interpret today\u2019s headlines, and form predictions about the future.

    Using theoretical models, empirical data and statistical methods, Economics evaluates programs, studies human behavior, and explains social outcomes and patterns, at the micro and the macroeconomic levels.
